Recently I have been diagnosed with stress. My blood pressure is also very high. I guess it may have something to do with the fact that I was unemployed for 2 months with no income and had to live off my parents.
Is there any suggestions on how I should relieve myself other than exercise? I've tried meditating and other breathing techniques but they seldom work. The only thing that relieves the pains in my chest are Klonopin or Zanex, which I don't care for because I don't want to form a habit of addction.
